The Favell Museum Annual Art Show is a highly anticipated annual exhibition that showcases a diverse array of original art created by 33 artists from various regions across the West. Shelli Walters has been invited to participate for the seventh year and is showing several of her unique mixed media paintings that capture the spirit of the natural world. Glass artist Nancy Becker and Sculptor and printmaker Danae Bennett-Miller, and oil painter Katherine Taylor are returning artists as well, each showing multiple pieces. The exhibit opens May 2 and runs through August.

In addition to the remarkable artworks on display, the museum will host a series of engaging gatherings and events throughout the duration of the exhibit. Visit the museum’s official website where you can find the complete schedule of events.

Sarah B. Hansen has been juried into the Pacific Northwest Plein Air 2025 annual paint-out in the Columbia River Gorge this spring.The paint-out will  begin April 21 and run through April 24, with artists displaying their works at the Maryhill Museum in Goldendale, Washington. Opening reception will be at the museum from 5-7pm, Saturday, April 26. Show runs April 27 – May 26, 2025.
