We do not offer refunds on art purchased in the gallery. If there is any concern about the art fitting your space or working in your space we offer a 2-day try.

For art purchased online we will give a 1-week grace period. If art is shipped and found to be different than expected we will credit the customer and send them a shipping label for any charges under $50. The buyer needs to email Tumalo Art Co. at art@tumaloartco.com to start the conversation in writing with the gallery manager.

Gift cards are non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time, based on communication and the artwork being in it’s original condition, the return will be processed via the credit card used. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We make every effort to keep the shopping cart current but, occasionally, and unfortunately, sales are sometimes made in the gallery that are not promptly updated on the shopping cart. If you purchase an item online, and it has been sold or is no longer available you will receive a full refund as soon as possible along with our sincere apology!

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items from our Best Fine Art Sale Ever event are not refundable.


An exchange can be made with the same artist with the artists approval. Email the gallery at art@tumaloartco.com to discuss particulars.


Sometimes, especially at holidays or birthdays, a buyer chooses an item and would like the item to be returnable should the receiver not like it. If the item can be returned within a week, the gallerist can write on the paper receipt the date the item will need to be returned by. The recipient of the gift may also come in and make an exchange with art by the same artist. Receipt needs to be present if possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
