“Your Art Here” Docuseries

Local documentary filmmaker Bec Ellis recently premiered a new docuseries she filmed, edited and directed titled, Your Art Here. The first season features five Central Oregon working artists launched online exclusively on YouTube September 1. The project is a passion for Bec, her goal being that others will find inspiration from the stories of these artists who invited her into their studios, process and art journey.

Season 1 includes three artists who have studios in the Old Mill District—Lindsay Gilmore, Jennifer McCaffrey and Anna Amejko of Amejko Artistry (shown above), plus Ash Cascade Design and Shanley Poulin. The series is free to watch and share. Season 2 is in production and Bec is still taking submissions from local artists who are interested in being part of this film project.
