“True Story Sky” is my second in a series of sky paintings that display sort of “if you weren’t’ there, you wouldn’t believe it” kind of feeling. Driving from Prineville to Bend late last June, I saw the Cascade Mountains with a bank of grey-greenish-blue-lavender clouds hovering over it, yet clear sky above, with sunlight trickling down through the ceiling of clouds onto the plains of the Sisters Mountains. Gorgeous, unique, and unbelievable. –KT
