RACC Panel Selects 2022 Public Art Purchase Winners

Anne Gibson’s October Skies – Smith Rock was chosen for purchase by a panel of writers, artists, designers, curators, and Multnomah County staff in the 2022 Regional Art & Culture Council’s Public Art Purchase. RACC manages the Percent for Art programs for the City of Portland and Multnomah County and is a steward of those collections. Anne’s painting will become part of the “Portable Works” collection, installed on a rotating basis in publicly accessible spaces in city and county buildings.
