24 x 24″ mixed media on cradled birch panel with 1.75″ deep sides. Painting wraps around edges and needs no frame. "Whispers" is ready to hang. This is a painting of a Saw Whet Owl, a small owl native to our area in Central Oregon. Circles imprinted in the painting surface symbolize the owl's call. Painting was juried into, and a part of, High Desert Museum's Annual Art in the West Exhibition of 2024.
