A 30 x 30” arcrylic on cradled birch board with 1.58” deep natural wood sides, “Roadside Attraction—Tyee Creek” is ready to hang.

Tyee Creek gathers water flowing off of South Sister and then flows through a pipe under the highway into Devils Lake in the Cascade Mountains. Only a glimpse of the area above the culvert is visible from the road…but it is tantalizing. Further exploration reveals clear water flowing over pebbles and through branches and moss giving the bottom fascinating patterns. Reflections are the final layer.
