Description

"Interlude" is a 24 x 20 acrylic on cradled birch board by Susan Luckey Higdon. Soda Creek, a small winding creek made up of glacier water, runs through the marsh and eventually into Sparks Lake in Oregon's Cascade mountains. A gravel bar creates a bit of dissonance in this peaceful scene.
