'Aloka and the Peace Monk' is a 30×30"  acrylic/mixed media painting on 2" cradled board, unframed and ready to hang.

The Walk for Peace began in January 2026 in Ft. Worth and ended up in DC in late February. 21 Buddhist monks walked the entire distance alongside their faithful and now famous companion, Aloka who stole the hearts of everyone that followed the story. It captured the imagination of many artists, myself included. Wishing peace to all who visit this page.
