Colorful artwork by over 20 local artists glows on the walls of Tumalo Art Co. , an artist-run gallery in the Old Mill District in Bend, Oregon. From Vicki Shuck’s rodeo oil paintings to Paul Alan Bennett’s contemporary Van Gogh-like gouaches in his signature “knitting” technique, to Ingrid Lustig’s contemporary wolf and bear phoenix, this show summarizes the magic of Oregon’s high desert.
