Watercolor paintings by Helen Brown and Judy Hoiness were accepted into the fall exhibit of the Watercolor Society of Oregon. The juror, Ron Stocke, accepted 80 paintings from around the state of Oregon for the show which will take place in Welches, Oregon in early October. Helen’s painting Just Bee-Cause (above) was also exhibited in Helen’s July show at Tumalo Art Co.

Katherine Taylor, Shelli Walters, and former member Janice Druian will be featured in Favell Museum’s Annual Art Show & Sale, September 25 through November 21, 2026. The Favell Museum Art Show and Sale is an annual invitational exhibition featuring original, contemporary, and representational art by 32 artists from across the West. 40% of all art purchases benefit this historical non-profit museum in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Art in the West is an annual juried exhibition and silent auction featuring traditional and contemporary art that celebrates the landscapes, wildlife, people, cultures and history of the High Desert—a region that stretches from the eastern slope of the Cascades and the Sierra to the Wyoming Basin and Colorado Plateau.
